Exceeded Expectations on Our Ski Getaway!

Our short stay was fantastic, highlighted by the attentive service from Trevor at check-in! The large lobby and cozy ambiance made for a warm welcome. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Tip, arrive early for breakfast, as options are limited but nearby cafes offer delicious alternatives.

The location was central and made walking to attractions easy, and the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious but oddly laid out. Breakfast offerings were minimal, and the pool closed early. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay during our ski weekend! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to the resort. Our room was clean and cozy, and I was especially impressed by the larger shampoo and conditioner bottles provided. The only downside was the breakfast options. they could use some improvement.

We had a great time,, really! The staff went above and beyond, helping us switch rooms when my GF hurt her leg. Trevor and Aaron were quick to assist. The king bed was super comfy and we loved the continental breakfast with all its healthy options. Definitely a step above the usual!

The presence of an unremitting stale odor in the room detracted significantly from the overall experience. it felt like years of neglect were locked inside. The carpet looked tired and grungy, requiring immediate replacement. Thin floors meant we faced constant disturbances from footsteps above, and the proximity to the train track made for an even less restful environment. Those polyester sheets? They generated an unwelcome static shock with every shift—a baffling choice considering the dry mountain air. Overall, comfort was sacrificed for misguided decor choices, leaving us frustrated during our stay.

I liked that it had a nice heater. warm room on a chilly night. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. Loved the hot tub! It was relaxing after a long day on the slopes, but it got crowded quickly, making it feel cramped. Breakfast was basic. no fancy options, just the usual toast and some fruit. It would be great to have more variety, like yogurt or pastries. One morning, the waffle maker didn't look clean, which was off-putting. Also, I found the pool area closing earlier than expected at 9 PM. That made it challenging to enjoy a late swim. Despite those downsides, the location is perfect for accessing the ski shuttle and nearby activities. I would consider staying here again for a good ski trip discount while hoping for some breakfast upgrades.
